+ What platform is this template created for?

This template is built and designed on Squarespace. Squarespace is a great choice for therapists; it is user-friendly, has great SEO capabilities (hello, ranking on Google!), and is automatically mobile responsive. Note: This template is not compatible with other website platforms such as Wix or WordPress.

+ Do I need to purchase things in addition to this template?

In order to launch your website and make it accessible to the public, you will need to purchase a Squarespace subscription. You have 6 months from the date of purchase to upgrade your site to a paid plan.

You will also need a domain name, which you may purchase directly through Squarespace or from another service such as GoDaddy.

The images in this template were created using Canva. You may choose to use a free or paid version of this tool.

+ How long will I have access to the Launch Course?

It’s yours to keep—forever! Come back and revisit the Launch Course whenever you need a refresher on updating your website.

+ What can be customized?

Everything on your website, from the fonts and colors, to the imagery, the number and order of pages, to the layout, is 100% under your control.

+ I already have a Squarespace website. Can I replace it with this template?

Your template will be delivered as a new website. This allows you to maintain your existing website while you customize and prepare to launch your new one. Once the new one is ready to go, you will need to purchase a new subscription for it. You can then cancel the subscription on the existing one. If there is still time remaining on that subscription, reach out to Squarespace and they will offer a prorated refund.

+ Do I need to buy a domain before I purchase this template?

No. You may choose to use the built-in domain Squarespace provides while you work on customizing your template. Once you’re ready to launch it, you can either purchase a domain directly through Squarespace or from another service like GoDaddy and connect it.

+ I already have a domain and website. Can I use this template?

Absolutely! If your current website is already on Squarespace, you’ll be able to maintain it while you update the new one. If your current website is hosted somewhere else, you can simply transfer your domain to your new Squarespace website when it’s ready to launch.
