Our Template Tune‑Up is a high-touch, design-only service where we review your site, outline suggested upgrades, and then personally make the changes—so your website looks more premium, commands higher fees, and actually does its job.
After working with over 200 therapists to design custom websites, we've seen what makes a private practice site not only look beautiful, but convert. This service brings that same expert eye and design strategy to our template users for the very first time.

Why does this cost more than the template itself?
The template gave you the tools, and this service gives you the professional design support.
The Template Tune-Up is a done-for-you service where we personally enter your site and apply professional-level design & refinements — something that usually costs much more (our done-for-you design service is $4,500+). It's not just a few tweaks; it's about elevating what you've built so your site actually reflects the quality of your work and supports conversion.
How do I know if my site is "bad enough" to need a Tune-Up?
Honestly? If something feels off, you're probably right.
This service is for people who've done their best with DIY, but know their site could be stronger — whether it's layout, font sizing, mobile formatting, or just the overall vibe. You don't have to know exactly what's wrong; that's what the Tune-Up is for.
Of course, we'll also be honest with you. If we review your site and don't think this investment is worthwhile for you, we'll tell you — that's a promise.
What happens after I apply?
Once you submit your site, we'll personally review it within 2 business days.
If it looks like a good fit, we'll send you a link to purchase the Template Tune-Up. After payment, you'll receive a short video outlining your personalized treatment plan — the specific changes we'll make to your site. Once you approve the plan, we'll get started.
What if I don't like the changes?
You'll get a detailed plan before anything is updated on your site. Nothing happens without your approval, so you'll be able to review and give the green light before we log in to make refinements.
Will you edit my copy too?
Nope — this service is 100% design only. That means we'll adjust layout, spacing, font hierarchy, image placement, navigation flow, and more. But we won't change your written content.
If your site's design is solid but your words aren't converting, Confident Copy or our done-for-you copywriting may be the better next step.
Can I choose which 5 pages you review & update?
Yes! You'll be able to specify your 5 pages in the application form.
What if my site isn't a good fit for this service?
If your site needs deeper help than this service provides — or if content is the real issue — we'll point you to the best next step. That might be the DIY Brand Kit for minor upgrades, Confident Copy if your copy is holding you back, or Done-For-You Design if your site needs a full overhaul.
Will this help me get more clients?
It won't replace your whole marketing strategy — but it will help you make a better first impression. If your site looks scattered, outdated, or unpolished, it can erode trust and make it harder for clients to say yes. This service helps your website look the part, so it can do its job more effectively.
Can I book this later if I'm not ready now?
This isn't currently an ongoing service, and applications will close soon. While we do intend to make them available again in the future, we don't currently have a set date — if you're ready, we recommend applying now.
What if my site hasn't launched yet? Can I still apply?
Yes — as long as your site is built and has your content inserted, you can absolutely apply. In fact, this can be a great time to catch design issues before you go live.
