Nellie is trained on the Magnetic Niche Method and Anna's coaching approach. She asks you the same kinds of questions a CC coach would ask, helps you identify your red thread, and coaches you toward a niche statement you actually feel good about.
Unlike a generic AI, Nellie knows the CC framework — the four red thread types, the niche statement formulas, what client-friendly language looks like, and when a draft is running too long. You can come back to her anytime you get stuck, want to pressure-test a statement, or just need a thinking partner between coaching calls.

Download nellie.zipIn Claude, click Customize in the left sidebar, then go to the Skills tab. You'll see Anthropic's built-in skills listed here — this is where Nellie will live too.
Click the + button, then + Create skill, then Upload a skill. Select the nellie.zip file from your Downloads folder. Claude will validate and install it automatically — you'll see "Nellie" appear in your skills list.
In your Skills list, find Nellie and confirm the toggle next to her name is switched on. That's it — she's installed and ready. You don't need to do anything else to activate her.
Open a new chat in Claude and send the message below. Nellie will introduce herself and ask where you'd like to start — whether that's a niche draft you want to refine or starting from scratch.
If you have pre-writing from the CC workbook, a draft niche statement, or anything you've already been working on, paste it in — Nellie will use it as context and won't make you start over.
Yes — the skills feature requires Claude Pro ($20/month). If you'd prefer a free experience, the ChatGPT version of Nellie doesn't require a paid plan. Use the link at the top of this page to access it.
No. Once installed, Nellie lives in your Claude account permanently. If we update Nellie, we'll notify you and you can simply re-upload the new file — your old conversations aren't affected.
Yes. Everything you share with Nellie stays in your personal Claude account. Confident Copy and Walker Strategy Co. have no access to your conversations.
Nellie is a coach, not a ghostwriter. She asks questions, reflects back what she's hearing, and helps you find the language that's true to you. The niche statement that comes out of the conversation will be yours — she just helps you get there faster.
